Playbook Change
Corvallis, OR- Last season, the bulk of the Beavers' offense was in the passing game. HB Storm Woods only had 650 yards last season and that was pretty much it. Coach Eyeofthehawkeye has decided to base his offense on last year's performance and change his offense to an Air-Raid. The Air Raid has been successful in the past with other teams, such as Washington State and Johnny Football University(TAMU). Connor Halliday had some insane passing numbers last season in the Air-Raid offense, and with talented quarterback Sean Mannion and All-American wide receiver Brandin Cooks, the Beavers could have one of the best offenses in the nation. Look for the average points scored per game skyrocket this season!
The Beavers also changed their defense up a little too. Most of it remains the same, but there have been a few formations added to the play book. Look for the Beavs defense to improve from a year ago.
With both the offense and the defense headed in the right direction, The Beavers could cause other conference teams some trouble, and possibly have more upsets than last year. The Beavers are also flying way under the radar. No one is expecting them to improve or be a challenge in a game. We all know teams can get drastically better after bad seasons. Do not overlook the Beavers this season or your season can be ruined in the blink of an eye.

Re: Playbook Change
I'm liking all these changes coaches are making so far. I went from more of a pass heavy offense to this season a run heavy offense which seems to be what Utah is doing as well and your going to an air raid. Good luck on the new system best of luck with it!

Don't get me wrong i love the Air Rai, but i just edited my playbook to add more run! also no offense but INT's, you had alot of them last year and Air Raid people are only looking to pick the ball off against ya, i would suggest a more pass heavy spread to get more use to the type of system. plus storm woods is a beast dont waste himeyeofthehawkeye2 wrote:Corvallis, OR- Last season, the bulk of the Beavers' offense was in the passing game. Re:
ok I will add more run to my system. Im not sure if Storm Woods will get the starts. There is another HB Terron Ward who has more speed, Acceleration, Stamina and elusiveness. I might use him instead.
