Week 2 Recap Hawaii @ OSU

Corvallis, OR- The #21 Oregon State Beavers were home again this week at Reser Stadium. Their opponent was the Hawaii Warriors. They were demolished last week by the USC Trojans. The Beavers should get an easy win this week......Wrong. The Warriors came out with fire and their passing offense was almost impossible to stop. The Beavers played terrible on defense again for the second straight week, but this time Cody Vaz was hot. He passed for 299 yards against a surprisingly tough Warrior defense. This game went back and forth the whole game. Jeremy Higgins of Hawaii was unstoppable. He threw for over 400 yards in this game. The Beavers have struggled in their first two games of the season. If they keep playing like this, they will get beat by every Pac 12 team. RB Storm Woods also had a huge day for the Beavers rushing for 169 yards. Brandin Cooks had over 100 receiving yards. Just like last week, the Beavers were able to hold on and win a tight game.

The Beavers will play their first road game next week as they take on christhedawg's Utah Utes in Salt Lake City.
