Week 10 Recap #21 USC @ OSU

Corvallis, OR- Today, the Oregon State Beavers forgot to show up to this game. The USC Trojans absolutely killed the Beavers in a extremely lopsided game. The Beavs must have been dreaming about the game vs Stanford last week still. The final score was 66-7. We tried talking to Coach Eyeofthehawkeye after the game but he simply covered his face and walked on by. Everyone expected a close game today because the Beavers had just upset a highly ranked team, but instead they got a complete blowout game. Today at Reser stadium, you did not hear any cheers, just boos.

The Trojans got a very fast start, putting 14 points on the board before the Beavers could even blink. Vaz was able to drive the Beavers down the field on the next drive to make the score 14-7. On the ensuing kickoff Marqise Lee returned it 98 yards for the score. The Beavers defense was absolutely terrible today. They could not stop the Heisman candidate DJ Morgan and the entire Trojan offense. To make things even worse, Cody Vaz played the worst game of his career. He threw 6 interceptions. The Trojans scored and scored and scored again. The score at halftime was 52-7! The game was over at that point and the only people left in the stands were USC fans. The Beavers just could do nothing on offense and wouldn't score for the rest of the game. USC got extremely conservative and rushed the ball on almost every play. The Beavers defense STILL could not stop them. The game took forever to finish, but it did and the final score was 66-7. USC thoroughly thrashed the Beavs today. They will drop to (3-6) on the season as USC moves to (7-1) The Beavs must win all of their remaining games to make it to a bowl game, but that will most likely not happen. Just a week ago, Coach Eyeofthehawkeye thought he had saved his job, but he is back to square 1 again. He will most likely be fired, we just don't know when yet. The only good news for the Beavs is that they just signed 2 good recruits. Every Beaver fan is already looking forward to next year.

The Beavers will get a much needed break next week as they have a BYE. The following week, they will take on the #20 Arizona State Sun Devils. OSU will be heavy underdogs. Someone needs to step up on this team and start leading the Beavs to victory. BEAVERnation is suffering.

Tough one bro i know the feeling of being on that winning high then getting embarrassed (twice for me lol) but just keep your confidence up and you will bounce back strong. We know you got the skill sometimes things just get ugly.
